Having managed the Jetty Restaurant in Mudeford for over a decade run by Chef Patron Alex Aitken, provenance of produce and sourcing wild foods is at the core of my ethos, which links me to the landscape and environment that I love to paint.

Whether that is samphire and sea beet foraged from the shoreline, scallops hand dived or the beautiful bounty of edible fungi that our forests hold amongst other seasonal delights through the yearly wild food calendar.

It is my passion for art and foraging which i feel live in synergy for a life and love of the outdoors that i also want to share with you within my story too.
